Monthly subscription packages are released on the 15th of each month. To receive the current month’s subscription, your order must be placed by the 15th of the month. Delivery Information

Processing and Dispatch Times

For subscription services, your orders will be dispatched within 72 hours after the 15th of each month, provided that payment has been received by the 15th. Any orders placed after the 15th will be included in the following month's subscription cycle.

For one-off purchases, we aim to dispatch your order within 24-48 hours after receiving your payment.

We use La Poste for all deliveries. You can choose between regular or tracked delivery at checkout. Please note that delivery costs include both postal fees and packaging Material Delivery Costs.

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your selected items. We recommend grouping your orders whenever possible, as we are unable to combine separate orders after they’ve been placed. Each individual order will incur its own postage charges.Returns

All products are in stock and readily available until sold out. Many of our designs are offered as a monthly subscriptions versions or as a one-off purchase (including both thread and fabric). Select the option that best suits your stitching needs!

Delivery

For orders within France, delivery typically takes 2-7 days. Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days or for the monthly subscriptions after the 15th of each month. For international orders, delivery can take 7-10 days, depending on the shipping option you select during checkout.

Changed Your Mind?

We understand that sometimes things change! Under Article L121-16 of the Consumer Code, you have 10 days from the receipt of your order to change your mind. You can cancel your order at any time up until payment is made.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, charts and kits cannot be returned for obvious reasons concerning the possibility of reproduction. Thank you for your understanding.For all other items, you have 7 days from the receipt of your order to return them in their original packaging and condition (return shipping paid by you). Once I have received and examined the returned goods, I will process your refund via your original payment method.
